"...the contractor shall conduct fuel efficiency and emissions testing of improved home cooking and/or heating technology in the field and in a laboratory using standard international protocols. In addition, the Contractor shall provide technical training and assistance to selected Partner organizations to undertake Water Boiling Tests and Controlled Cooking Tests and utilize the resulting data to improve the design and performance of their stoves."
