Participate in the Development and Realization of the PCIA Agenda

We want your information to guide the development of the PCIA Biennial Forum Agenda! We want to know about your successful program results, and specific aspects of your program that you believe would be helpful for others to know about.

Please answer as many of the following questions as you choose. You do not have to answer all of these questions – only those that are most relevant to what you have to share. Once we get your answers to these questions, we may contact you to request that you present at this exciting upcoming event! In addition, everyone who comes to the PCIA Forum will have opportunities to share information on their program, work and challenges during the organized program, the poster sessions and in Open Space sessions. The deadline for submission of agenda items is January 19.
