Our Focus
CfID is currently working on the development of decentralized waste water treatment technology. Currently we are developing a pilot/model treatment unit to recycle municipal sewer waste in partnership with the local urban body in Gujarat State, India with funding from the World Bank. We are also working for the promotion of biogas technologies and clean fuel in tribal blocks of Gujarat State.
Our Experience And Interest In The Four PCIA Central Focus Areas
The areas that we work in do not have any socio/cultural bariers for using traditional fuels. They basically use the traditional fuel as it is easily available and free.
We are working for promotion and commercialization of decentralised waste water treatment technologies in public private partnerships. We are planning to partner with private sector, individual and government agencies to buy green compost produced by agricultural waste.

Our Contribution to the Partnership
We would like to participate in workshops/trainings for the mission. We are also interested in promoting and awareness generation programs for biogas technologies and other technologies for reduction of indoor air polution.
