Primary Initiatives, Target Populations, and Scope of Work:

To reduce carbon emissions in order to save the earth from green house gases, and to promote entrepreneurship within the community of Bangladesh by engaging the community people in renewable energy.

Now, we are working with both marginalized and ethnic people in order to improve the life status of the targeted people.

Our Experience And Interest In The Four PCIA Central Focus Areas

Social/Cultural barriers to using traditional fuels and stoves:

We are working with Improved Cook Stoves (ICS) and biogas in Tangail district of Bangladesh and we are interested to work in renewable energy.

Market development for improved cooking technologies:

We have vast experience in renewable energy. At present, we are able to involve the community in market oriented energy trades because job placement will be more created.

Technology standardization for cooking, heating and ventilation:

We have research unit to modify the existance technology of renewable energy. Now we have developed a tea-steel improved cook stoves without burning mouth.

Indoor air pollution exposure and health monitoring:

We have strong monitoring unit with five experienced staffs on renewable energy who are working around the district with prescribed check-list.
