Currently, we are actively working on providing versatile cooking solutions to Indian consumers.

We started the development of stoves around three years back. Our objective was to provide a clean and smoke free cooking environment to Indian rural households. The Biomass Stove we manufacture has significantly reduced fuel consumption in rural households. Consumers are experiencing a savings of over 50% on their fuel budget. As burning efficiency has increased, the cooking environment also has become cleaner.
We are now working on offering even better cooking environment and consumer convenience with a diversified product range.
Our Experience And Interest In The Four PCIA Central Focus Areas
For the product being sold now, we have seen very high level of acceptance from the consumers. The alternate being offered to the three legged wood stoves, and also to multiple other products in the market, is significantly better in performance.
There have also been issues with ability to control the flame of the stove, but it is still better than traditional stoves (though not comparable with LPG OR Kerosene stoves).
We are exploring alternative technologies fuels to offer a better cooking experience and cleaner environment.
There are multiple technologies being developed across the world. The cooking needs of each society are different, and so are the availability of fuel resources. This may necessitate development of products to suit each society. Still, there is large scope for global sharing of the knowledge base and implementation of the lessons learned.
We have a very limited experience in the monitoring of indoor air pollution, but are very keen to learn and participate in this activity.
