Our mission is to develop and promote appropriate technologies in agriculture, food, energy and enviromnent At present we have the rice husk gasifier stove technology as well as the quaisi-gasifier stove with steam injector for clean indoor air. Several organizations and individuals have requested the designs of our various technologies for adoptation in their own respective places.
The various countries that requested designs of our rice husk gasifiers include Thailand, Nepal, and Indonesia. Those that requested are mostly individuals, private companies and non-government organizations.
Our Experience And Interest In The Four PCIA Central Focus Areas
We address social/cultural barriers by modifying the design of the stove to fit the local need in terms of the use of indigenous and local resources available and the practices by the households.
We share our improved stove designs and allow them to reproduce so that the stove market can offer these stoves at various locations, at a cheaper price.
By following guidelines and procedures as presented in various publications from other organizations.
By developing and improving gasifier and steam injection technology so that clean indoor air could be obtained from the stove during operation.
