GVEP International

Mission

The majority of the developing world lives without access to energy, greatly restricting their potential for development in terms of health, education and enterprise. GVEP International is a non-profit organisation that hat works to increase access to modern energy and reduce poverty in developing countries. GVEP helps entrepreneurs to create micro, small and medium size energy enterprises to meet the local energy needs focusing on modern, affordable and renewable solutions. To take off and become self-sustaining and successful, energy businesses need access to enabling resources, such as technology, skills, capital and delivery network. Our programmes are designed to help SMEs overcome these gaps. We provide them with technical and business advice and link them with financial institutions to access the capital they need to deliver real results in their communities.
