PCIA Partner, Kevin Adair of Fuego del Sol will be the Featured Presenter December 13 for the Chicago Torch Club's monthly gathering. Kevin's topic will be, "Help Haiti. Save the World." The presentation will feature Kevin’s 7 year history of introducing ecological cooking methods, including Sun Ovens and efficient biomass stoves. Fuego del Sol created the only Eco Test Kitchen in the Caribbean which is open now for geotourism visitors and volunteers.
