Entrepreneurs du Monde, a French organisation created in 1998, works with particularly underprivileged populations in developing countries. The association enables an expanding number of men and women to create and develop an income-generating activity by giving them access to credit and savings services as well as training programs. In 2010, Entrepreneurs du Monde's Burkina Faso team launched our first action aimed at promoting energy efficiency among households by developing a credit and training program dedicated to LPG stoves and improved stoves. 3500 stoves have been sold since then and this program is about to be replicated in Haiti.
